CJC-1295 + DAC

CJC-1295 is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) that increases plasma levels of growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1). DAC is an additive moiety that prolongs the plasma half-life of CJC-1295. CJC-1295 has been modified a number of times to produce analogues that preserve some of the hormone's effects while eliminating others. One of those modifications, CJC-1295, consists of just the first 29 amino acids of GHRH. This analogue of GHRH, which is technically a maleimido derivative of GRF(1-29), was developed to offer a longer-lasting and more stable alternative to native GHRH. By binding covalently to albumin in the bloodstream via its DAC moiety, CJC-1295 achieves a significantly extended half-life of up to 8 days compared to the minutes-long half-life of endogenous GHRH. Research in animal and human models has demonstrated that CJC-1295 produces sustained, dose-dependent increases in GH and IGF-1 levels, supporting applications in muscle growth, fat metabolism, recovery, and anti-aging research.
