KLOW is a multi-peptide blend combining BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, and GHK-Cu in a single formulation. In animal models, BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157), a pentadecapeptide derived from a protective protein found in gastric juice, has been shown to support tendon, ligament, and muscle recovery, protect the gastrointestinal lining, and promote angiogenesis at sites of injury. TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4) is a 43 amino acid peptide sequence shown to improve blood vessel growth, regulate wound healing, decrease inflammation, and reduce oxidative damage in soft tissues. KPV, a tripeptide fragment (lysine-proline-valine) derived from the C-terminus of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH), has demonstrated anti-inflammatory activity and a role in modulating immune response, particularly in the skin and gut. GHK-Cu (copper tripeptide-1) is a naturally occurring copper-binding peptide studied for its role in skin remodeling, collagen and elastin synthesis, antioxidant activity, and wound repair.
